How do I update my email address?

To update your email address, log on to your My Account page, go to Login and then enter your email address and password. Choose Update Contact Information option located on the front page of your My Account page.

To update your registration information, log on to your My Account page by going to Login and entering your email address and password. Choose the Update Registration Questions option located on the front page of your My Account page.

How do I update my contact information?

To update your contact information, log on to your My Account page by going to Login and entering your email and password. Choose the Update Contact Information option located on the front page of your My Account page.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, log on to your My Account page, go to Login and then enter your email address and password. Choose the Delete Account option located on the front page of your My Account page. Deleting your account could take up to 10 days for your request to be processed, so please disregard any emails you receive from us in the meantime.

Incentives for Participation

What can I expect from my participation?

The Vitamin Shoppe will offer drawings for gift cards, as well as other possible incentives for your participation.

How will I receive my incentives?

Decision Analyst will deliver the incentives to the winners of each study. Please make sure your contact information is kept current in the My Account section. Incentives will be delivered to either to the mailing address you have on file in My Account, or via email if e-certificates are issued.
